We have established a start-up process to help Chiddy’s CheeseSteaks owners open their restaurant quickly and cost-efficiently. Our team has negotiated the best equipment pricing and we continue to focus on getting better as we grow.

Initial Fees and Investment Terms

Startup Investment$167,150 to $355,375For Single Unit/Territory. Additional territory is available for additional fee.
Initial Franchise Fee$30,000For one unit. This fee is included in the startup investment range.
On-going Royalty6% of Gross SalesPaid Weekly.
Brand Development Fund1% of Gross SalesPlus $600/month Franchise Owner spends on Local Advertising/Marketing
Grand Opening$2,500

Included in startup range. These funds help launch the restaurant into your new community.


The Initial Franchise Fee includes the Chiddy’s CheeseSteaks pre-opening training. Training is held at one of our affiliate locations in Long Island, NY, and lasts for two weeks. We teach our recipes, daily operations processes, marketing tactics, financial management, staffing recommendations, and management for your new restaurant.  We offer additional training and support in your Chiddy’s CheeseSteaks location as you get ready to open.
