As the “OG” founder, he still oversees the affiliate food trucks in Bayshore and other areas of Long Island. He manages accounting and financials for the affiliate restaurants and the franchisor. His focus on the franchisees who join the brand will include training and design for new restaurants while also providing operations and real estate support. 

When he left corporate America in 2013 after 25 years in management positions with Coca-Cola and IBM, he didn’t want to “go back” to the office. On April 24, 2014, he opened the windows on his first truck, aptly named Chiddy’s CheeseSteaks, based on his childhood nickname.  Growing quickly, with a growing fan base, he moved from his “usual spot” and added a second (new, built from the ground up) food truck in 2017 for catering and special events. Still “wanting more” he opened the first brick-and-mortar location in Farmingdale with his franchise co-founders.
